1. License to Use
RexaKit provides a suite of web-based utilities and games for personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website.
You must not:
- Republish material from RexaKit without attribution.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from RexaKit.
- Use the website for any malicious purpose, including distributing malware or conducting DoS attacks.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rexa Suite makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included.
We do not guarantee that the tools (e.g., Age Calculator, Currency Converter) will be 100% accurate at all times, especially given their reliance on client-side time and external APIs for rates.
3. Intellectual Property
The "retro-modern" design, logo, code features, and original graphics are the intellectual property of Rexa Suite (Pranav). Unauthorized cloning or theft of the unique visual identity is prohibited.
4. External Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., GitHub, Social Media) that are not owned or controlled by Rexa Suite. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
